* Taneisha Hairston filed a suit against AT & T, claiming mold in the

call center building where she worked caused her to become ill.

Hairston claims there were so many mold colonies and other

microbials in the building, the call center had to close because so

many employees were sick. She claims AT & T owed their employees a

safe and healthful environment, which they claimed to provide, but

did not. Hairston seeks compensatory and punitive damages for her

medical costs and other sufferings.
