Guest guest
I have been approached about going on a Mission Trip to Guatamala. Part of the trip will be dedicated to teaching EMS to the citizens of a town of 8,000, Stocking their ambulance and providing a means for radio contact with the hospital(20 miles away...big hills) The responders are all volunteer and they transport patients in a panel van to the hospital. They are in desperate need of an ambulance. " The older the better " because they cant work on computerized engines........ So, if your sitting out there figuring next quarters taxes, think about donating an ambulance to give these guys a chance to help their neighbors. Now you may say well, I have this ancient old...no good..ambulance in the back of my lot that runs and needs a few tires but it may be too old......if it drives, reliably, most of the time..I am interested! The things that were top shelf 15 years ago and are now obsolete aare just the things these guys need. Once we get a foundation we can build, but we need a beginning ...God Bless! D. Cheek D.
