Hi , yes, that sounds about right. It is done on a mat on the floor,

usually takes a couple of hours. I specifically had " Northern " Thai massage, I

am not sure what the differences are but you might ask. Be sure to let them know

about your condition so that they go extra extra extra slow :)    Good Luck! I

When I asked My NSG about options to the surgery he said to try

anything I thought would help to get me out of pain. He also said

nothing would work but surgery, but go ahead and try everything else

first.
