Easy big boy, now take a deep

breath.................................now exhale slowly while

humming through your nose. repeat, repeat. fell better? working on

getting my shrink degree,lol's ok, now, what ever you do, dont put

sbs in that same search like I did or you might have to repeat the

breathing exersizium again. if they so badly want to include stress

with this illness,and obviously know nothing of physical stress

factors maybe they should look at the after effects of what we have

to deal with while being sicker than a dog, no medical help, trying

to find a lawyer, trying to find a home we can breath in, loseing

KC, you couldn't be more right, theres plenty of info. out there

supporting our illness. how it happens medically and what causes it

to happen. whats lacking are the case studies on humans which

actually proves that we are not getting proper testing or treatment.

KC... YES!!! So true!... Thanks for all the articles... I'm

currently fighting the medical community, the government and

disability, etc. for my case with mycotoxicosis... but I'm not just

fighting for myself, I'm fighting for all those who suffer... If I

win my case then maybe someone else somewhere can win there case and

we can all get better treament.... Dana
