Hi

Sounds good to me, I just wish I could have some. Any sugar free ice cream

would

be great.

" No sugar added " is not the same as " sugar-free. " Check the carbohydrate

content on the label. Sometimes I eat Guilt Free brand ice cream because it

is sugar-free as well as fat-free. The last two times, though, I couldn't

find it ... *sob*. More bad news is we just realized that the two brands of

yogurt we felt safe eating before ... Dannon Light and TCBY Fat-Free

Fantasies ... have just reformulated, adding sucrose for additional

sweetness, so their carb count is higher. TCBY is now 18 grams carbs in a

6-oz. container.
