Hernieated disc in Neck Sever Pain -

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone out there is suffering with sever pain from a

a hernieated disc in the neck (I have three) my doc has me on Percocet -

60 every 15days, even then is not touching the pain. Does anyone have

any suggestions how to approach my dr. to let her know that after two

years this pain med. is not working and pain is increasing? I cannot

afford surgery and dr. said I am too young yet (39) I know pain meds ar

addictive, physically and mentally, I don't like the idea of staying on

but at the same time afraid to go off. I run short some times and dr.

says that I will not suffer withdrawal, that is 120 tabs per month, yet

I will not suffer withdrawal -- does anyone agree with that either?
