Just moved. How do I get out of my lease??

Just over five weeks ago I moved into a new apartment. The buidlings

were constructed in the early 70's. Back then, the structural codes

were not as strict as they are today. I am on the bottom floor.

Underneath the unstable floorboards are 'crawlspaces.' Short story. My

asthma went from manageable to severe. I have developed an antibiotic

resistant sinus infection. I suffer from chronic fatigue, irritability,

nausea and severe constant headaches. I suspect exposure to toxic mold.

Went to Lowes and picked up 'home mold test' kits. So far, they reveal

no growth. Dr. wants lots of bloodwork. Ugh. How do I get out of my

lease?? Thanks. Also, could this be just a coincidence that each day

I am getting sicker and sicker??
