Guest guest Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 Is there anybody that knows if a new home warranty must be given by HUD or the builder if HUD funds or grants are used to help build a home? Does anybody know if Oklahoma Law says a builder must give a one year warranty for a brand new home? I have some major problems with our brand new home and the builder refuses to fix most of them.
