Guest guest Posted March 8, 2007 Report Share Posted March 8, 2007 The National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) prepared for the U.S. Access Board an IEQ report on the factors that limit access to buildings for individuals with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS) and/or Electromagnetic Sensitivities (EMS). The full report is available at http://ieq.nibs.org. NIBS staff and representatives of individuals with MCS and EMS will conduct three presentations in Washington, D.C. during March and April 2007. The presentations will disseminate information from the report and encourage stakeholders to participate in a workshop to develop voluntary guidelines scheduled for the Fall of 2007 at a venue in Washington, DC. Presentation dates are: Tuesday, March 20; Thursday, March 29; and Wednesday, April 18, 2007, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM; lunch is provided.
