Guest guest
I dont think there is any excapeing mcs, read somewhere that you might fell better for a while after moveing but than you will develope new intolerances to what evers in your area. somewhere with a lot of snow might be good for being outside but inside might be worse. and I did read something about higher altatudes being better but maybe not with asthma, but my asthma is based mostly on my exposures so??? with mcs it's no longer just a mold issue but all irritants. liveing in the country vs. city might help alot, high on a hill somewhere. > > As I have constantly heard that European policies on mold in buildings > are much stricter and the materials they use are less prone to mold, I > am wondering if any people with mold illness have successfully moved > to Europe to get better? >
Guest guest
The reason i asked is that I read yeasterday that many of the worst chemicals are now banned in Europe, Japan, etc, or slated to be banned, but there don't seem to be any plans here to ban them in the US, which means that the US is now becoming a dumping ground for products that can't be sold in the EU anymore.. That's why we need to sign petitions and write letters to let our politicians know we're unhappy with chemicals in products that are NOT labeled such. And that we consumers aren't getting what we want and being lied to.
Guest guest
I traveled to Europe since I've been sick and didn't have any problems at all. The hotel (London) was clean and very nice. The whole country was clean as well as London itself! The have actually reduced the city traffic by taxing those that drive into the city. Sue As I have constantly heard that European policies on mold in buildings are much stricter and the materials they use are less prone to mold, I am wondering if any people with mold illness have successfully moved to Europe to get better? ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
