Guest guest
I have heard testimony from medical experts at testimony held by Congressman Conyers, Jr. that it is the '' dose that makes the poison'' - In order to boil it down to a way that people with understand and listen to - I always call it the '' supersize'' like Mc's - so folks understand that it is a megadose to everyone - and that you may wheeze and sneeze or break out with a new allergic reaction or nothing - which can be even worse because it can be germinating silently as an auto immune disease, or cancer of some sort. It is important to those who don't understand or believe in environmental exposure that this is not an exercise in hysterics. Or malingering. I knew in my gut that something was very wrong from the outset and my first infection relating to the mold exposure in my school. I kept every prescription bottle. One or two bottles does not look like much, but when you are sitting in a doctor''s office twice a month when you only went for an annual physical, something is really wrong. The first thing as a defensive move is to collect those bottles because the visual is very powerful. I used my matress pad sized '' visual '' on a program and a page 2 newspaper story. That picture does send a message in a teachable '' moment'' for the public to understand, normal healthy people don''t swallow 1000 mg of Tylenol Sinus just to function or take antibiotics on any regular un-needed basis. The ''other'' side not only has deep pockets, but the motivation to try to keep the geenie in the bottle. Would that we had the drug companies dough to advertise like they have in their promotions of lap-band surgery, Gardasil, and antidepressants. Would that they had the motivation to alleviate the suffering of mycotic disease. They certainly have the resources. LiveSimply <quackadillian@...> a écrit : basically, from what I have experienced, and heard others describe, a big factor in how you react to mold is the amount of exposure you have gotten and what kind. Its called sensitization and once your immune system is overloaded, your tolerance to mold is used up. From that point onward, when you get exposed to even a small amount, you get much sicker than you would before. So perhaps people have a lifetime 'budget' of toxic mold exposure that their body can take and after they have been exposed to that, their body just says 'no more, I give up'
