Guest guest
Judy - I realize my reply is quite late. Hopefully she has found help and a diagnosis by now. If she hasn't found an answer yet, here is something to think about. How does she know it is a spinal headache? If she has a disc problem, she may be compensating and have muscle problems in her neck, which can cause headaches. Also, pain in the neck, if constant, can radiate to the head. Her headache may not be " spinal " in origin (in the sense that we think of spinal headaches in relation to TSC - related to CSF. A disc problem generally will not affect CSF flow. Its possible, just not probable). I hope she has found a MD to help her out by now. Isn't the NIH there in the DC area? Do they have MDs there? If not, I'm sure they have a way to get a referral to a local MD. town University has a hospital. I would think their MDs would be pretty good. They probably have a referral line where people can get referrals to an appropriate MD. You might want to give them a call. Just a thought Jenn Hi it is Judy. I need help please. My 30 yr old grandaughter lives in Sterling, VA. She has a disc problem in her neck with no specific diagnosis. She cannot find a dr to help This has been going on for over a year. She has a spinal headache for over three weeks. She has two small children and is pregnant so cannot even take pain meds. Can anyone recommend a neurologist in the Washington, DC Baltimore area? I am really worried about her. Thank you for an information you can provide. _________________________________________________________________ Windows LiveT SkyDriveT: Store, access, and share your photos.
