Sure. And to change something, doesn't mean you have to believe it

needs to be changed.

And when you do think it needs to be changed, and you work on it, and

it *does* change, your story matches the truth as you perceive it.

But if I think it *needs* to be changed, and it doesn't change ... in

my perception ... that's when the stress kicks in.
