" AS " is the aspergillus chatboard out of the UK.

I am sorry, I can't tell you what to do with vinegar or the HP. I can only

tell you what works for me when I get flare ups. Vinegar and hydrogen

peroxide are the best things out there, in my opinion. I don't use them

everyday.

Only as needed.

You said you use hydrogen peroxide on 'AS'--what is AS?

I've tried the vinegar/alcohol solution 3 times in my ears and it knocks

back the itching but the itching and scaling does come back. I'll keep at it.

I am reacting somewhat to the vinegar (CNS-wise), however, b/c I've gotten

sensitized to it before... So am looking for an alternative.

My doc said regular hydrogen per. in the ear is not good b/c it makes it

'too clean' or something to that effect. Anyone else heard this? Knocks out the

good w. the bad.??
