Antihistamines and infection

Saw advertisement for Singulaire again yesterday and noticed the side

effects they 'admit to' are amoung four mentioned, three of them are

infections: middle ear infection, sore throat and upper respiratory

infection. In other words, antihistamines suppress your immune system

and leave you more susceptible to infection or make an existing one

worse, so take them with cautiously, not as my allergy doctor here

Rxed them, 'two 24 hour antihistamines 12 hours apart every day'.

Health care system is not about protecting your health. Just about

making money on you.
