Opps! Got the link wrong for the US Chamber of Commerce presentation, July

17, 2003 regarding the growing hazard of mold litigation. Note that they

were not concerned about the growing hazard of mold illness, only the growing

hazard of mold litigation.

If one has never watched this three hour video, it would serve you well to

watch to understand why the mold issue has been allowed to become such a major

and unchecked health problem within this country. And why the sick have not

been able to receive proper medical treatment. According to the US Chamber,

these illnesses are merely a result of trial lawyers, junk science and media

hype.

You can jump around in the video. I think US Congressman (who

is already under and FBI investigation unrelated to this action) is at about 2

mins in. Hardin, promoting what has become known as a lay translation

(but alternately a completely separate endeavor) from the ACOEM Mold

Statement is around 55 mins.

If you are one who counts yourself as involved in wanting to further the

understanding of the mold issue and mold illness, then you owe it to yourself to

understand the origin of this sad period in American history.
