Guest guest Posted June 18, 2007 Report Share Posted June 18, 2007 My workmans comp insurance finally agreed to take my claim. The next day I recieved a notice for a deposition. They are arguing that I can't prove my exposer was do to company housing at Blue Beards in St . Even thou they repaired the apt becuase of mold eating away at the drywall and several employees before me got sick. Oh and lets not forget the 12 units next door were uninhabitable from mold. If anybody knows or heard ANYTHING. Could you please let me know. Keep the faith a P.S. I don't know where I would be if it weren't this group Thank you to all.
