Guest guest
I have stayed at the Holiday Inn which is 5 minutes from the office. I've stayed there 3 times and haven't had any problems but don't know if you would.I think someone else(months ago) mentioned a hotel nearby but I can't remember which one it was. Sue Hello: I was wondering if any of you could tell me where to stay when visiting Dr. Shoemaker in land. I cannot tolerate " normal " hotels, and his office said there is NO safe housing in the area. Anyone know of a safe place to stay so I may see him? Thanking you in advance for any help. Guest guest
I am very mold/chemically intolerant and the only hotels that have worked for me are Country Inn Suites. I have stayed in them on the East coast and the West coast. No reactions so far. There is one in land I stayed in but it is a drive to see him but worth it not to react. Guest guest
I don't know you would tell ahead of time if it was safe or not but perhaps " bed and breakfast " places, at least wouldn't have the moldy window a/c units, most probably. You'd have to ask the owner about fragances, etc. Here is a list of how to find those: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en & q=%22bed+and+breakfasts% 22 & btnG=Google+Search > > Hello: I was wondering if any of you could tell me where to stay when > visiting Dr. Shoemaker in
Guest guest
Here is a list for B & B's in Anapolis, which is just about an hour away if I remember correctly> Other than that, rent an automobile you can sleep in..? http://www.bnbfinder.com/polis/land-Bed-and-Breakfast Another idea, you could try a Marriot Residence Inn, as they don't have window air conditioners, but central a/c. Also if there is an Embassy Suites. Both of these have small kitchens and are designed for longer term stays but have daily rates also. The Embassy Suite also has central a/c and I looked in the a/c unit of one I stayed in, and they had excellent filter on them. Better than I have seen in most homes or apartments. I did a mold culture plate while I was there one night, something I do to screen room for high or low mold and caught nothing at all in one hour exposure. However that was Embassy Suite here, and I am not chemically sensitive. > > Hello: I was wondering if any of you could tell me where to stay when
