Your reactions are not normal. Do you have a pork allergy? You may be having a reaction to the fillers, the new microcrystalline cellulose. Or you may have the flu. . . . .

I am getting really winded and having a high pulse, and have had diarrhea and a mild headache for both days. I am wondering, is this normal and I will adjust, so should I just give it time and cope, or should I call the doctor to lower the dose? I really dont want to even take it tomorrow, but was hoping some of you had similar experience or some knowledge.
