Guest guest
Ok, once again I am playing the " Hey, I am still alive " game Hackers anyway. I saw this today and have a friends wife who died from complications from this drug. I find this as serious as our illness because as an " Effexor " Taker I know and am certain the side affects of these newer medications are horendious. I cannot say wether they do thier job or not but I know full well when I miss a dose. If you have noticed there have been numerous news stories surrounding medication recently. Then when they screw it up they can blame the outragious priced on law suits. We loose either way and they win. I am just as angry about this situation as I am the effort to po po illnesses from mold toxins. Speaking of which can you believe Cobb Co. Georgia is currently building an entire subdivision " IN " the same flood plain the house I lived in was in. This state is going to be flooded (excuse the pun) with lawsuits in time... Hmmm Who will be to blame? Chris... Life is a balance of holding on and letting go... To resolve criminal and civil charges related to the drug’s “misbranding,” the parent of Purdue Pharma, the company that markets OxyContin, agreed to pay some $600 million in fines and other payments, one of the largest amounts ever paid by a drug company in such a case. Also, in a rare move, three executives of Purdue Pharma, including its president and its top lawyer, pleaded guilty today as individuals to misbranding, a criminal violation. They agreed to pay a total of $34.5 million in fines.... ************ ********* ********* ******** See what's free at http://www.aol. com. Guest guest
So who get this money in fines? Wonder about all the people in jail that are addicted and had done crimes for this medication. You often hear of people going to jail because of what they do to get this drug. > > Ok, once again I am playing the " Hey, I am still alive " game Hackers anyway. > > I saw this today and have a friends wife who died from complications from this drug. Guest guest
grrr, my doctor prescribed oxycontin for me. the adverse affects that zofoft or altraset had on me was nothing compared to this crap. I recall telling him I didn't want anymore, it was horriable. he sheepishly mumbled something about they found it was bad anyway. I WAS TO OUT OF IT AT THE TIME TO SOAK IN HIS MEANING. MOLD EXPOSURE AND DRUGS DO NOT MIX AND THERES NO DOUGHT IN MY MIND THAT THIS LEADS TO DRUG INTOLERANCE. I'D LOVE TO HAVE SOMETHING FOR PAIN BUT I JUST HAVE TO SUFFER. i'm so pissed at being misdignosed, and given this crap because i was being misdignosed. i happen to think that my health was most important to me and my family and it makes me madder than H^^^ and sometimes i really would like to just shove a bottle of oxycontin down someones throat. i dont think i even took very many but with mold exposure maybe even one was to damn much. > > That is a great question but I can guarantee there will be no exceptions made for those folks. Nor will there be for the ones still out there strugeling with what they are going thru. Then I also wonder about those who have very legitamate needs for pain relief. Stuff like this makes all doctors afraid to perscribe much needed meds to those who worry less about addiction then they do the horid pain they wake up with everyday. > > ______________________________________________________________________ ______________Looking for a deal?
