wanna know what's gonna detox mold or any crud/toxins in your head

cavity? using either an ear adapter or modified stethoscope connected

to a medical-grade ozone generator (connected to an oxygen tank).

normal protocol is 5 minutes daily, but believe me that 5 minutes may

be too much, you may have to drop back to every other day or even

2x/week. i've suffered from brain fog, memory loss, concentration

problems, eye infections, hives, mild-grade fevers for 3+ years,

allergies....doing ear insufflations will clear that all up.

yes, it's an actual treatment. been doing ear insufflation (on & off)

for a few years now. at the peak of my toxicity, i had all kinds of

symptoms (e.g. brain fog, memory loss, concentration problems, eye

infections, hives, mild-grade fevers for 3+ years, allergies). i'm

mentioning these specific symptoms because they're more or less

associated with the head cavity. and when i first started doing ear

insufflations, the amount of gunk that was coming out of my ears WAS

scaryyyyyyyy....it really let me know how toxic i was, and yes, i was

kinda freaked out. now when i do ear insufflation, nothing comes

out...and all the symptoms i listed above--gone! oops, i guess i

should also mention visual light sensitivity...that's no longer a

problem as well.

let me mention again that ozone generators that are air

purifiers/cleaners are the ones that have gotten a bad rep for

damaging lungs. these are ozone generators that are air cleaners (so

you can see the difference as compared to the one i use):

http://www.peakpureair.com/ozone-generator-air-cleaners.htm

http://www.air-zone.com/models.html (1st row of photos)

http://www.lenntech.com/otozone.htm

the medical-grade ozone generator that i use looks similar to the

OL100 unit:

http://www.ozonelab.com/setups/steamsauna/index.htm

to do the ear insufflation, i use a modified stethoscope:

http://www.ozonelab.com/products/OLP/med/accessories/stethoscopes.htm

so the equipments involved for ear insufflation are:

1) oxygen tank & oxygen regulator

2) 2 tubes (1 connecting the oxygen regulator to the medical-grade

ozone generator, and the 2nd tube from the ozone generator to the

modified stethoscope OR ear adapter)

3) medical-grade ozone generator

4) modified stethoscope or ear adapter

Ozone is not good for you if you breathe it in but in the way that

suggested sounds like a great idea to me. You just have to be

very careful to not ingest it (breathe it in). To prevent this from

happening, it is best to cover your mouth with a washcloth. I tried

ozone in my ears back in Febuary and it was helping with my headaches

from mold. After hearing 's suggestion I'm going to do it again

more reguarly. 5 mintues it's overboard... when i first began ozone

treatments 5 years for something other than mold I was taught that 2

minutes on a daily basis was all that would be safe. I may even just

do one.

P.S. theres no blowing up issue really as far as I know (i've had an

ozone generator for five years). The generator can be bought with ear

pieces and thats the way I've done it. The only blowing up issue is

if a flame (match or fire) is near the oxygen bottle. But actually i

dont even think the generators require oxygen bottles.

Beth, i am really glad your protocol has helped with your headaches,

but i need to chime in here that my protocol does involve an oxygen

tank & oxygen regulator. the regulator is set at the lowest setting

of 1/32. a few years ago when i first started doing ear insufflations

(with a modified stethoscope), i couldn't handle doing the full 5

minutes 'cause of all the toxins/crud that started coming out of my

ears...so i did as much as i could tolerate ( & i'm quite sure i even

skipped a few days here & there). now i can easily do 5-10 minutes

daily without anything oozing out, which means the toxins in my head

cavity have cleared out.

i couldn't tell you what was coming out of my body (i.e. ears, scalp,

everywhere else) because i didn't bother with having any of it tested.

as toxic as my body was, the fact that something was being released

was enough to convince me that i was finally making headway in my

recovery.

i found this quote from the manufacturer of my medical-grade ozone

generator & my comments are in brackets--- " there is a huge difference

between ozone produced from air by corona discharge [the ozone

generator AIR PURIFIERS/CLEANERS], and ozone produced from oxygen (by

corona discharge or cold plasma [medical-grade ozone generators]).

Corona discharge will produce nitric oxide in air, which becomes

nitric acid when it hits the moisture in your lungs. Not good. "

i guess i'm holding up pretty well on my recovery because for the past

3 days (saturday-monday), i've spent time with a good friend and her

neighbors who had a party. i was exposed to a lot of 2nd-hand smoke

and suffered no ill effects like coughing or " escaping " like i used to

in the past when i'd smell cigarette smoke or cologne/perfume.
