It's when you suspect or

and exactly how are you suppose to suspect mold is makeing you sick

when it in a low dose situation and theres no smell and you can't see

it growing behind your walls or even under the house or in your

airducts

or ac unit, and you've never heard of mold makeing someone sick

because the science wasn't there, and even if it was you have to have

a clue that that could be what is makeing you ill. than top it off

with oh so much denial and bogus rat studies, doctors misdiagnoseing

your symptims ect.ect.

you can bet that if a lawyer had family members ill from it and they

never had a clue he'd be fighting to get this changed. because of all

the blaaa,blaaa,blaaa crap going on with the whole issue it shouldn't

start until you've had proper diagnoses of illness. even if you've

had testing done in the environment theres no dose set that can say

you will be sick from this amount so really how can you know untell

your properly diagnosed? now if there was a date when it was splashed

all over the news that mold can and does make you ill and molds that

produce mycotoxins poison you, I guess I missed it.

if our goverment gave a crap about us they would declare this as the

natural and national disaster that it is and get us emergency medical

diagnoses and treatment and support us like they do in other natural

disasters and to make up for the denial by the insurance industries

and certain medical science that have went out of their way to denie

this illness is real. I think the time has become way over due for

admittance by the medical/science/insurance/industry/goverment to

make a public statement saying thier sorry, they missed up BIG TIME

by not furthering science on fungi after the discovery of antibiotics

and make a promise to america that they will do everything in their

power to help save the peoples health and our beautiful country. I

guess saveing the Irac oil is more important than saveing the people

of the USA.

That isn't true.

I have had several discussions with lawyers and when pressed, they agreed

that the essence of a staute of limitations is winnability.

Any statute of limitations can only start running when you could actually

begin to sue AND WIN. Otherwise, there would be a powerful incentive to hide

and destroy evidence.

Otherwise, many injured people would NEVER be able to sue.

That would defeat the whole purpose of the concept of the staute of

limitations (encouraging people to sue as soon as they could)

and turn it into a bar to justice, which would then result in NO statutes of

limitations having started.
