I wonder IF a person could be in sterile environment that he/she

could " catch up " with amount of mold and other pathogens he/she is

fighting and get well??? Interesting thought to me. Right now we

can just to limit as much as possible but have limited control. I

have to do everything myself so must go out in public/work, etc, but

would be nice to take a " health vacation " in sterile environment

with healthy food (of course right there environment would be fouled

but..). Many germs come through food so I guess could not be

absolute but food could be steam cooked and be cleaner than uncooked

food. Oh well, just a dream. Wouldn't like to live like that for

long but seems like it would be easy way to get better. Since if we

can live through thousands of mold everyday, imagine how well we

might get if that number were 'zero' just for awhile. Just for a

few months. Mold counts here will get above 5k per meter of air

before summer is over.

Allergy sufferers face very high risks for symptoms Tuesday.

According to the Kagen Allergy Report, each cubic meter of air has 103

pollen grains, enough to cause sneezing, watery eyes, congestion and

other symptoms. Asthmatics may also experience symptoms.

The primary culprit is grass.

Mold sufferers also face high risks. Each cubic meter of air has 2,678

spores, said the report
