Guest guest Posted February 9, 2012 Report Share Posted February 9, 2012 I have been trying to reach someone at SSA to discuss SSI. I have left several messages, sent certified mail, so I know they got it, faxed, etc. Still no response. And you can't make an appt unless you talk to your case manager who you can never reach. IT is a catch 22. Does anyone have any suggestions how to get through to the case managers who do not return calls or respond to mail?
