Many chemically sensitive people have to buy cars (and car seats) that are older

than that so they'll have gassed off more. But it's great that vehicle chemical

outgassing is being more recognized. This will put pressure on the manufacturers

to improve the indoor air quality in new vehicles and use less toxin materials

for car seats.
