Guest guest
What about FIR sauna by itself? Has anyone been using one and seeing any improvement? I've been told the FIR works a little differently than steam. I'd appreciate your personal experiences with them. thanks, Beth --- In , " xhannahx24 " <xhannahx24@...> wrote: > > let me start by saying that i've never had any hyperbaric oxygen > treatments...but here is what i think the main difference lies. while > the hyperbaric oxygen treatments infused oxygen into your body, hence > how you felt great....medical-grade ozone generator + steam sauna will > oxidize any stored toxins & release them through the skin AND infuse > oxygen into your body as well. > >
Guest guest
i used a FIR sauna for over a year @ 70 minutes each session. the only thing that happened was that i sweated profusely during, but as far as overall health improvement, didn't notice any difference. if you want my 2 cents on FIR saunas (so to speak)--save your money. > > What about FIR sauna by itself?
