Guest guest
Thanks about a start on decontaminating info. I tend to detox pretty easily when out for a few days too point where got pretty sick while detoxing 2-3 days last week as pushing toxins out yet some of them creating a " buffer " . most of mold here is airborne or below what is visble - so planning on walking away from many items and treating what is important - ie mostly family stuff completely non replacable and mostly concenced about saving what cant be replaced and cookware - current textbooks ( sunlight) - cds - artwork and what remains of a clothing collection ( ie rare and vintage pieces ) no visible mold and do have connection to a vintage clothing restoration place a very senstive friend works with - she also works with vintage clothes so knows where to go as she is very senstive to things - more so then I seem to be - so can pass on place in la area of others want / need it for treating / saving rare clothes. On that note, what levels are bad - sent reports to owners - no response as was follow up regarding offer to let me out of lease - sent copies of inspeaction I paid for - had mostly focused on bathroom - however just noticed kitchen had in air 1440 of aspergillius which seemed quite high of a number. sadly have way more then mold going on with apartment as found hole in floor of closet actually air coming in from outside through subfloor / foundation - mold is slightly visible on wall and really just a tip of things so also seeking landlord / tenent legal consult - mostly to mediate moving out as very tight and increasingly expensive / competitve market - want to get moved so can fully detox and go back to normal things - mostly have been modifying ie wearing contacts reguloraily , surfing, eating dairy etc... as while stuck here mostly doing what can to be more comfrtoable and prevent worse irritation - sorry loong 0 bit of lowmess as look this place to surf and cant whjere contacts without iunfection if in apartment or go in water from way reacting to mold as toxins in water higher from spil;l so while working / functioning etc.... in way most would, not in my own normal way of being as a result of mold - and at kmy place as needed some time alone so not stayong with friends. I am glad able to read what others have gione through and are going through and some resource to share all sides of it and learn . Peace, Donnielle
Guest guest
sorry but have you ever thought that while you detox pretty fast now, that continueing to re-expose yourself could be damageing your ability to detox? repeated insults is hard on the body. what are you talking about by saying toxins creating a buffer? when mold forst started growing in my home I would get zapped and recover in 3 or 4 days have a few days of felling better than get zaped again. I had no clue I was getting exposed. but basicly I'd call this re-exposure, same process. > > Thanks about a start on decontaminating info.
