Jeanine,

If its your home, and its little, why don't you clean it up? Where is the

mold? Can it be gotten to?

You are in a totally different situation than a lot of people because you

own your home and so, you have TOTAL control over it.

That means that unless you live in a swamp, given time and materials and

effort, (perhaps the help of some friends from here?)

you CAN probably clean it up.

If I were you I would consider doing what it takes to do that before it

kills you.

:ive, long story, but house has been infested for at least 30 years,

nothing left to save. this is the one in the country that I lived in

almost 4 months, very ill with windows opened from april to june and

when I than closed wondows and turn on ac, what was in the vents

caused severe tbi. I, as of this minute still own both of my houses,

the other one being the hudge victorian with the new roof that had

many slow and a few worse leaks. steap roof leeks hiden mostly inside

walls. I have no money and to ill to deal with either, put lean on

victorian to buy small one as was in to much back pain and other

symptoms to keep up with it anymore. sister talked me into this.

didn't know mold was in voctorian walls or anything about toxic

molds, was getting misdiagnosed by family doctor and all other that

came afterwards. to make short. bank wont forclose, doesn't want to

deal with either of them. the beautiful victorian may be saveable as

it is slower growing and dries between rains, but haven't been in it

awhile. because of missing flashing bays also got into walls. but the

most beautiful tiger stroped oak woodwork and staircase you will

every see. 6 ft wide one panel slideing pocket doors, stained glass

windows. ok, cant see to finish.
