Help!

I didn't realize that all my stuff that I was traveling with when I

was exposed should have been left. Dr. Marinkovich told me yesterday

to get rid of everything. Those clothes were mixed in with my other

clothes already. Do the spores that are intwined in the fabric already

spread? Have I contaminated my House?

I think am going to have a panic attack!!! UGH!

Unfortunately, the answer is yes.

The BEST way to end the nightmare (or at least sever it) is to leave

everything that you know is contaminated and make a brake. Buy all new

stuff at the new safe place. Unfortunately, this is an expensive

illness...
