Does anyone have any of these side effects listed below? I'm considering

taking this and would like to know in detail

Minor: Anxiety, belching, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness,

fatigue, gas, headache, hiccups, loss of appetite, nausea, stomach pain,

vomiting, or weight loss or gain. These side effects should disappear as your

body

adjusts to the medication.

I have a history of medication sensitivities, but so far, I'm not

really having any problems, have been on it for a few days. I was

warned about constipation, but I'm experiencing just the opposite.

I'm taking it four times a day, an hour before meals.

thanks,

Beth

At first I had some problems with belching, some hiccups and constipation

but nothing serious. Belching eventually went away and I still take

Milk of Magnesia every night. Fortunately no other problems at all. It worked

it's magic and I'd be willing to put up with more if I had to just to feel

better.

I had vomiting (twice) pretty badly, when I tried to take it 4X a

day, but I have digestive problems. I have not heard of anyone else

in this group since I have been here, which is about 3 years,

complain of that, so I don't think it is usual. It gave me a

craving for 'almonds' too, perhaps due to wanting more 'fats' and

all the extra almonds probably helped to disturb digestive tract. I

took only small amounts from then one though. Reading says that

many times person gets used to the CSM and side effects clear up. I

never tried 4X a day again but due to other concerns, like concerned

about nutrients being absorbed, since I am very thin and blood

levels of amino acids are very low. I'm not sure is CSM would

affect amino acids. I may try 4X a day now that I have idea I could

take it one hour AFTER meals. I might try that now.

I don't have any side effects at all. Like Sue, I take Citracel (fiber

laxative) prophalactically to prevent any constipation. I only take

2x/day because I've had to buy it myself over the internet, but I'll

never be without it. It's the only thing that has worked for me & I

noticed a huge improvement within 1st two weeks! Highly reccomend!

Good luck to you in your quest for health!

Hugs, Cheryl
