Guest guest Posted July 13, 2007 Report Share Posted July 13, 2007 It appears to me that here you have a bad landlord AND a bad housing code in that the housing code needs to prohibit both hidden mold AND have a blanket clause that requires that any arguably unhealthy or dangerous amplification of mold or mold toxins be addressed completely... Since to find that out they would need access or a tenant to invite them in (and tenants are often intimidated by the fact that they know that landlords like that are vindictive and retaliatory) they are in a difficult situation.
