WHEN I FIRST STARTED RESEARCHING, SARCOIDOSIS CAME UP BUT LOOKING AT

PICTURES OF BAD SKIN INVOLMENT MADE ME DISMISS IT AS I DIDN'T HAVE

ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

WASN'T UNTIL MUCH LATER THAT I STARTED UNDERSTANDING THAT THE

DIFFERENCE IN SKIN PIGMENTATION IN DIFFERENT RACES COULD EXPLAIN WHY

SOME SUFFER MORE SKIN INVOLVEMENT.
