I know you know alot about what you are saying. It just seems

unreachable to me but I hope it isn't. I think you should be a

consultant. I have indoor people to my house and tell them one room

only stinks in summertime only and they have ridiculous statements

like it's just an old house, etc. There is so much ignorance in

field, excepting professionals in these groups who make a huge effort

to keep up on this subject. However, if one doesn't complain and say

anything, companies/people will not improve so I hope you are able to

affect a change.

THen i would find another IAQ person who will test the place.

My views areunless a major corp is taken to task in the media they will

keep doing what they are doing.

Publity and public perception especcially for those who green does not

include poisons might make them change their " style " .

I wish I could be a consultant, but, that little press relase took 3 weeks

and 2 people who had to edit it. As you can tell by my typing/thoughts at

times, I am usually whacked from something that casue brian misfirign etc.

I am and KC will agree a more of in your face than " gentle/soft talking

person. NAmes titles mean nithing to me and i will shot my mouth off to a

lot of peoples disamy...I like shock/awe approch in my way of gettign

things drilled in peoples head.

I'm just doing it myself. I figure I will have to be doing it all the

time due to the extent of my health problems, so might as well know

how to do it. I had other people here who couldn't find anything and

who had done tests. That's because problem was coming down from attic

and noone looking there. Lots of wasted money. I discovered about

99% of people whose professions are affected by air flow direction,

including energy star guy, did not know that air flows from attic into

house in summertime if it can find a way in.

I am sure that Dr. Lipsey will be one to find the casue. He monitors this

list so ask him for his help.

I ghihgly doubt that you trying to do it yourself is going to yield

anything that will stand up in a court of law, then again I may be wrong.
