It depends on what is safe for 'you'. There are lots of website

for 'green building products', but if you have to avoid mold, then

green products may not be as resistent to mold, but with care might

work out.

Dr Rae of Dallas Environmental Center wrote a book for building

homes " Optimum Environments for Optimum Health & Creativity " .

Oh thats a really intersting point that I had not thought of. Yeah

there are clearly specific chemicals I need to avoid and mold to. So

thanks for that input.

Beth,

Just a thought.

You might be able to find salvaged materials that were both mold free and

also older, so less

chemical prone.

They might also be cheap and recycled materials are also very

environmentally friendly.
