Ok......well the nurse just called back only after about half an hour

with Warren's blood test results...gee the nurse and I are now on a first

name basis I " ve called her so much since this all happened lol,

anyway....Warren's creatinine result was great...perfect, in fact it was

even lower than that one morning we ended up in the ER when he thought

his kidney was shutting down, so that kidney is just chugging away

perfectly. Now the dr DID do a glucose test which I somehow missed on the

lab sheet...and this is where my question comes in.

The blood sugar done at the drs office turned out to be 82, now that was

taken at 11:30 am, I remember cause Warren was wanting to get back to

work before noon. We arrived back at his work at 11:50 am and he decided

rather than clock back in, he'd test his blood and eat his lunch and then

go back as sooon as all that was finished. Now I just checked his blood

sugar diary, and the reading we got at 11:55 am that day...was 95. Now

the drs was 82 and 20 minutes later Warren's machine read 95 ?? can it go

up 13 points in 20 minutes when he didn't eat anything ?? Or is this the

machine that is reading a bit high ? Any suggestions ??

Thanks all
