One thing though, I wish that people on here would understand that for many people, especially those living in urban areas, often moving isn't an option like it is for people in most of the country. If you are sick, you have often lost yur job and without a job, of on a fixed income, its often simply not possible to rent an apartment. Any apartment. Please read the news, on the disappearance of affordable housing. Rents have been skyrocketing, putting many people, especially those on fixed incomes, in a situation where there isn't anyplace for them to rent at all that they can afford. Or often, even that they can't afford. If they move out, its into their cars or into the streets. In that situation, its a impossible situation with no solution besides the landlord fixing the apartment properly, and rapidly. Which happens much less than it should.
