How do you detox the lymphatic system? What about massage, etc?

a couple of different ways to detox the lymphatic system:

1) jumping on a trampoline/rebounder (i own one)

2) manual lymphatic drainage massages - didn't have any of these

because learned from research that #3 is so much better

3) Light Beam Generator treatments - had a 16-head session (which was

utterly amazing), and a few 4-head sessions; this will truly detox any

blockages in the lymph system

5) skin dry brushing - have done this, but didn't notice anything

profound; jumping on a trampoline/rebounder is like, hmmmmm, 3x more

effective and the Light Beam Generator would be like 10x more effective

6) deep breathing - i do this whenever i remember to, LOL
