Don't be too hard on her. At least the number is under 200 for the first

time in a long time. She's doing *something* right!! Hopefully these

numbers will get even lower. These things take time to bring under total

control.

<g> You know, that IS one thing that is a bit difficult about the Internet, or

any written communication for that matter. Sometimes something is meant in a

completely different tone from how we perceive it, and we might take it totally

differently at another time when we're in a different frame of mind. Thank
