Lawsuit to make them do something

I don't see why there can't be some kind of lawsuit to make the

government do something about the mold problem. It is disgusting that

I have been doing this for nine years and I don't see anything

different.

Like I wrote not too long ago if people would write the press or

members of congress and send them a month of links to the many articles

that go on and say the same crap.

Once I called the lawyer's office that owns the Baltimore baseball team

cuz they were talking all about steroids. The guy that owns that team

has a huge lawfirm. Can't think of the guys name at the moment.

I don't understand they are so worried about pot or steroids but they

have no problem with us breathing mold, formaldehyde, or the many

chemicals in our products, food or water. Well it is money of course

but I don't see how these people are any different than the people we

are fighting oversees. They are hurting people while they wear their

suits.

I agree with you and second that. We need some big time lawyers,

doctors and whoever has a lot of clout to get something big to happen

to change this ongoing nightmare we live with. If I could only get my

family to listen and care enough to act on this topic then perhaps my

sister who does have some clout and knows people who do could help us.

Still trying to get through to them.

I heard recently that the cost of a mold lawsuit made lawyers only want

lawsuits by homeowners with expensive homes and that renters lose out

because their damages aren't high enough to offset the costs of suing to

make most lawyers time worthwhile, nomatter how much they were injured.

So in that, our enemies have been successful.

We have to figure out a way to change that equation, either by making the

process of suing cheaper (right now it costs around $45,000 to pay experts)

or losing more expensive. (most lives are worth $50,000 - $200,000. This

varies by your age and how much you made before you got sick, and whether

you are going to live a long time with huge medical bills.)

Its all about money...
