Barb,

Yes we are going to be moving into an apartment. I am VERY lucky though as the

managment company is willing to do everything that I have asked them. Some at

my expense some at theirs. So, I am pretty comfortable in moving. They also

are using a new system for our apartment, called " first responders. " If there

is water intrusion of any sort our apartment is to be responded to withing a 5

hour period and fix immediately. They have put it all in writing on our lease.
