I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to misinterpret or misstate things you have said.

And no, I'm not a lawyer. Now I understand what you mean about static

electricity. I may have had difficulty because I've been severely injured by

chemicals and now sickened by mold... Also, I'm new to mold and am just trying

to learn all the terminology and details.
