My doctor insisted on once a day, she was adamant about that. Dr.

Lowe also recommends once a day.

I was never hyper on it, but I read that you pee some of the excess

T3 out - it was a Dr. Peat article. Then I looked at other

references and saw the same thing, so I decided to try it. Actually,

I should say I never *felt* hyper, cause my TSH is in the hyper range

and my Free T3 is in the very top of normal, but I still needed an

increase to deal with hypo symptoms.

I received the same email from Mexico.

Val, I need the list too. Also any suggestions as to which place is

best to order from.
