When I got my T3 I thought it was going to be the answer that I was

looking for, but the headaches made me think that I just could not

take T3 at all, ever. I decided to push through them. If I have

any T4 (even residual) I have trouble with the T3. As time went on

I could increase slowly. Val told me that it would take 8-12 weeks

to get the T4 out of my system. I saw a huge improvement at 8 weeks

and then another big improvement at 12 weeks. I'm not a very

patient person so waiting for something that might not work was a

challenge. While on T4 I could not take any T3, not even Armour,

but now I can take about 100 mg (I just can't believe this). The T3

and cortisol is probably going to be a juggling act but I feel like

I've cracked my mystery for now after six long years.

Best to you, spmom
