I'm a little confused. If it stays in your system for 8-12 hours why

would you want to take it 4 times a day?

Also, when you say don't be afraid to take it 4 times a day does that

mean at exacting times like we do with HC.

One more things, if I may. At what dosage would you recommend doing

the split from twice to say 4 times?

Thanks.

As you ramp up t3 your temps will come up wiht it so I ramp up every 4-5

days with what ever dose agreees with you. For me it was 12.5mcg every 5

days. I started with 25mcg in the Am and 25mcg at noon then added in a

bedtime dose of 25mcg then I went to 12.5mcg raises. First one was

between AM adn noon doses.
