OT Letter to congressman most recent

Dear Congressman :

      Im writing to you again. My name is Janet s and I got very sick

from working in and above a mold infested basement at the Portsmouth Naval

Shipyard.

         I am currently on heavy anti fungals to help kill the yeasts and

mold and am very sick.

          I am also tired of writing these emails to no avail. I DESERVE

benefits and a settlement from Federal Workmen's Compensation. I was denied.

They

said they had a clean room for me at the Shipyard but it wasn't. I couldnt

leave to go to the bathroom or to go use the copier for my job. Also smelled

mold

from the elevator shaft. The military doctors called me a baby and wanted me

to take of my mask. I refused. This is NO way to be treated after 16 years of

service. I am asking you for your help. I signed your waiver and did as you

asked.
