How much Cytomel should I be asking for?

I have an appointment with my ND and I'm sure she will not be thrilled

with taking T3 only and I'm not sure if she knows a lot about RT3 but

I have my fingers crossed.

How much Cytomel will I be wanting to take and how? Many times a day

etc? I know time release isn't any good, right? She did mention time

release but everything I've read says no. I'll be doing a switch from

Synthroid to Cytomel, how do I go about doing that (dosage wise).
