Guest guest
I have ben on T3 only for about 10 months. I ave been considering fogoing back to Armour but I do nto feel there is and real reason to just it is cheaper! T2 and T1 are broken down from T3 so the only thing missing wiht T3 only is T4 which I feel if your levels are high enough that you are not running out of t3 all the time, I think it is really not needed. Some people may just feel better on Armour thna T3 for who kn0ws what reasons, T3 is a synthetic, and there in lies my doubts for permanent replacemnt. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
I really think it is cortisol imbalances that cause the RT3 ot go too high. SOME RT3 is quite normal and harmless, it is when it gets too high in relation to the amount of T3 you are making that it causes problems. I think if oyu have corrected the cortisol imbalances you most liekly can go back to Armour once the excess RT3 is cleared, but have not known en9ugh people to do this to really report successes. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

The lack of calcitonin is the reason I hope to be able to go to a dessicated thyroid at some point in the next couple of months. I worry that lack of calcitonin will worsen the osteoporosis I already have, and will allow osteopenia to progress to osteoporosis. If I can't go to dessicated thyroid, I was thinking of then trying a calcitonin supplement. sol
Guest guest
Yes Calictonin is in Armour if you take it sublingually, but not in T3. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
So you are saying calcitonin is destroyed in the stomach if you swallow the armour? sol T wrote: > Yes Calictonin is in Armour if you take it sublingually, but not in T3. > >
Guest guest
>>So you are saying calcitonin is destroyed in the stomach if you swallow the armour?<< fdrom everything I have read yes. Thsi is why the only calcitonin you can buy is in a basal spray. So it avoids the digesiton process which destroys it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
