book for dispatchers. As an FYI, 911 Magazine and Dispatch Monthly also wrote

very positive reviews and stories regarding " Under the Headset - Surviving

Dispatch Stress " .

and I just returned from conducting some de-briefings and holding a

very well attended " Surviving Dispatch Stress " session for 911 professionals

in the Denver area (Golden, Littleton, Denver and many more attended) The
