Sandie,

WOW! What a great trip you had! Thanks for the

very detailed description - I almost felt like I was

there with you. I can't believe how many classes you

took in one week's time. You must be in incredible

shape. I wasn't able to tae-bo for two days after

taking 's class at the WMTC opening because I was

so drained after that.

You're welcome Kerri :o)!!!!! I was still able to move

after all those classes. My muscles (glutes and arms)

were a tad bit sore yesterday, but they seem to have

recovered well today.

Yes, that's Matt, he's Debi's son. He's really neat

and a lot of fun. He was unable to come down, busy

with school. But hopefully on a future trip, I'll be

able to see him again.

You're welcome :o)!!!!! Yes, they were great workouts.

Irene *loves* to do " don't put your foot on the

ground moves " . One thing that we did in one of her

classes, was 8 million side knee raises and

immediately into the leg at hip level (or how ever

high you can get it) and pull it into your chest

move--I know for sure that we do the leg into the

chest move in AL8--for another 8 million sets. Her

classes are really challenging. I haven't decided if

she is actually harder than is. It was funny on

Saturday, we started doing ab work before the cool

down and we all were groaning. She's like " Well, you

had other choices today...6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30,

12:30 and 1:30 " . I was waiting for the fire

department to show up, my abs and glutes were on fire

this week. I hope with all the ab and glute work I

did last week, it set a good foundation as I plan to

increase abs/glutes and AL5, they won't " complain " as

badly :o)!!!!!!

Sandie, Tae and Bo who wants to know where Amybeth

is?!?!?!?!?! :o)!!!!

When the canadian exchange rate gets better (that'll probably be when

roosters have teeth) it would be something I would love to do!

If I win the lottery, I'll get my butt down there!! In the meantime,

I am tentatively trying to schedule a trip to the WMTC in October

(making it coincide with a pathology convention... making the trip

tax deductible! :-D). However, it is just at a hypothetical stage

right now.
