I know how you feel. When Caitlyn was 22 mos. I was sure she would be

" labeled " MR in spite of many people who told me that with all of her

illnesses, vision problems, etc to give her a chance. But it seemed that

she needed a miracle not a chance.

However, 2 years later she's a different girl. She probably will get

labeled MR by the school district anyway (if they can get away with it)

because she does have some problems still, but now that many of the tests

don't rely entirely on her ability to do fine motor stuff, we're able to see

her strengths. Give Aubrey a chance to overcome all her many obstacles, I

bet she'll still surprise you.
